bad smellbroken windows
the street had many overflowing waste containers, and the smell was bad. also, there were stray dogs roaming around. i should not used the rental cars service at the reception because i was overcharged and got a terrible car with broken windows. this was not acceptable after the price i payed for the service.

i was with my family and we booked a few apartments together. the beds offered great comfort and the kitchen was well-equipped with sufficient crockery, very useful! the air conditioning was essential with the high heat, and the washing machine was very welcome since we had kids. the swimming pool was kept clean and wasn't overly crowded.
I noticed that the ramp at the building's entrance seemed quite steep and slippery. This could be a safety concern using wheelchairs.

the reception staff provided assistance at all hours, a helpful service! to have around, and check-in and check-out processes were very fast.

the outdoor swimming pool provided a place for relaxation, it was generally clean. i observed plenty of sun loungers available as well, and children have access to shallow area.

The location provides quick access to supermarkets and bazaars, it took just a few minutes by foot. the bus stop is very close too, providing easy transportation. It is around 2 minutes.

our apartment had a spacious layout with a fully equipped kitchen, i was able to cook my meals with ease. the bosch appliances included were modern, and the flat was clean upon arrival, this was a plus.

the apartment was spacious. it had air conditioning in each room.
The check-in process was slow. after a long flight with my kids, i expected a quicker service. the check-in staff was rude and unhelpful. He did not tell us the door code until another guest mentioned it.
